Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience in revenue, sales, or marketing operations roles
- Expertise in HubSpot CRM and associated tools (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub)
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and create actionable strategies
- Proficiency in workflow automation, lead management, and process optimization
- Extensive knowledge of analytics tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Looker, and/or similar to support data-driven decision-making
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to identify inefficiencies in the revenue cycle and recommend improvements
- Design and implement workflows in HubSpot to automate processes and enhance team productivity
- Establish and maintain best practices for lead tracking, scoring, nurturing, and handoff between marketing, sales and customer success teams
- Analyze key revenue metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving conversion rates and revenue strategies
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track sales performance and provide real-time insights for stakeholders
- Leverage data visualization tools to present findings and drive data-driven decision-making
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub functionalities
- Develop and execute lead nurturing campaigns, automated email sequences, and other engagement strategies
- Stay updated on HubSpot features and industry trends, ensuring the organization stays ahead of the curve
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams and clients on HubSpot capabilities, updates, and best practices
- Act as the go-to resource for resolving HubSpot-related queries and ensuring seamless system integrations
- Oversee and execute client onboarding and migration projects
- Collaborate with IT and developers to integrate HubSpot with other tools like CRMs, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with similar tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot)
- Familiarity with SQL for data querying and analysis
