Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Experience in CRM management, preferably with HubSpot or a similar system
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data reporting tools
  • Be willing to learn and communicate ZigZagโ€™s technical (e.g. APIs) and logistic solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Prepare bespoke demo environments tailored to retailer prospectsโ€™ needs, as directed by the sales team
  • Develop demo videos for individual retailers and industry trade shows, ensuring key features are highlighted and keeping generic feature videos updated
  • Act as the primary focal point for CRM management, maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating updates with the sales team
  • Work closely with the tech team to develop and refine sales dashboards
  • Manage pipeline reporting, generating weekly and ad-hoc reports summarizing sales performance against targets for review by Commercial & Sales Directors
  • Serve as the central administrator for ContractBook, ensuring templates are up-to-date, version control is maintained, and files are well-organized
  • Manage the overall contract database and serve as the focal point for contract-related requests
  • Support RFI, RFP, and Tender processes, gathering necessary data and assisting in document preparation
  • Assist in the production of Monthly Business Review (MBR) decks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in reporting tables
  • Organize and manage ad hoc projects involving data collation and reporting
  • Plan and coordinate team meetings, including venue booking, agenda preparation, and guest speaker arrangements
  • Assist Sales and Marketing teams in planning trade shows, coordinating appointments, and handling communication logistics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Asana or similar is preferred
  • Experience in sales support, operations, or a related field is an advantage
  • Familiarity with video editing software is a plus but not required
