Sales Support Administrator

A bachelor's degree or related experience is required, along with proven sales support or administrative experience and strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in CRM software, particularly HubSpot, is essential.

• Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software, especially HubSpot
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to Emails: Allocate dedicated time to respond to emails and generate new tasks as required, ensuring prompt and professional communication
• Task Management: Review and complete tasks, ensuring that all past due tasks are addressed and cleared efficiently
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Account Executives to update and review active opportunities, overdue opportunities, pre-sales tickets, active projects, and open tickets. Upload new customers to HubSpot and assist with tasks and sequences
• UPS Labels: Generate UPS labels as needed to facilitate the shipping process
• Reporting: Generate updated renewal reports for hardware and software, and complete any additional reporting or assist in initiatives as designated

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the technology or software industry
• Familiarity with UPS shipping processes and label generation
