Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Aligns with and embodies Alo’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by leading Alo’s Flow initiatives
• Provide a friendly and easy to shop environment for customers
• Educate customers about Alo’s product, community, and culture
• Analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support achieving action plans focusing on deficient areas and highlight growth opportunities
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed
