Summary

Join Alo as a Sales Associate and help achieve sales goals by setting the Alo experience standard. Provide excellent customer service, educate customers about products, community, and culture, and align with Alo’s Guiding Principles. Ideal candidate has prior work experience in a client-centric environment, is self-motivated, and can lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Preferred 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Aligns with and embodies Alo’s Guiding Principles
• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store

Responsibilities

• Achieve store sales goals by leading Alo’s Flow initiatives
• Provide a friendly and easy to shop environment for customers
• Educate guests and staff on Alo’s product, community, and culture
