Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or above and minimum 5 years of relevant selling experience in food ingredients, food & beverage, sweetener or flavor ingredient industry
  • Hunter mindset, motivated and positive attitude
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • High level of autonomy and the ability to work independently
  • Proven success in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels with internal and external customers
  • Elaborate strong approach to meet business goals and provide methodology to mitigate commercial risk

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers and partners through proactive communication and regular visits to discuss commercial opportunities in full autonomy
  • Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business relationship for potential customers in key market areas
  • Maintain and continuously improve understanding of products, applications and markets. Share the insight and knowledge with internal team to optimize product development
  • Identify customer pain points and propose innovative solutions. Leverage and coordinate with internal resources to meet customer requests
