Summary
Join ThinkLP, a fast-growing software company, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and contribute meaningfully to team goals. You will identify prospective customers, build a strong pipeline, develop engagement strategies, conduct outreach, lead discovery calls, book demos, collaborate with team members, and attend tradeshows. This role requires a minimum of 6 months of pipeline generation and sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Enterprise software experience is a plus. Compensation is up to ~90k OTE, with flexibility depending on experience. Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of pipeline generation and sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong listening skills and can think on your feet
- Very strong work ethic, highly organized, persistent, data-driven, team-oriented
- Coachable and seeks out feedback
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and scrappy
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and contacts within mid-market and large enterprises
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects by screening inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting
- Develop creative strategies to engage and build relationships with prospective customers
- Conduct both targeted and high-volume phone, email, and social outreach
- Lead discovery calls, identify pain points, and pitch customers on ThinkLP’s value proposition
- Book product demos for Account Executives
- Consult and collaborate with team members and share best practices
- Attend tradeshows and pitch prospects in person
