Requirements

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email, networking, and social media
• Qualify prospects by understanding their needs, challenges, and goals
• Schedule meetings between prospects and our sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement new sales strategies
• Meet and exceed monthly metrics and quarterly sales goals
• Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends, market demands, and competitors
• Participate in sales training and professional development activities as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation preferred
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus
