Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in software or service-based industries
  • Excellent spoken and written English for effective client communication
  • Confident phone presence with strong persuasion and objection-handling skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools for lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through 30–50 outbound calls daily, plus email and LinkedIn outreach
  • Engage UK and Irish prospects to promote software, AI, and recruitment services
  • Manage and update the sales pipeline, tracking progress using CRM tools
  • Cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients to expand account value
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stay updated on AI, data, and recruitment market trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background or strong interest in sports or competitive activities, reflecting drive and resilience
  • Experience selling to UK or Irish markets, with familiarity in their business culture
  • Understanding of AI, data solutions, or tech recruitment services
