Summary

No prior experience is required, but a strong desire for a sales career, self-motivation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others are essential. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in outbound sales process
- Comfortable with cold calling, email outreach, and utilizing video and social media in the sales process
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to initiate meaningful conversations
- A willingness & passion for learning about the skilled trades
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges
- Not afraid to dive in, take initiative, and embrace change that comes with a startup
Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage with potential prospects within the skilled trades everyday
- Book qualified opportunities with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) contractors
- Conduct outreach across various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, video messaging, and social media
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Ply's product and service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities within HubSpot
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with CRM tools
