Requirements

  • Proficiency in English
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in sales, business, or another related field
  • 1 year of experience in sales, client relationship, team management, and B2B
  • Strong and professional communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization

Responsibilities

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Identify the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Development Executives
  • Collaborate and work effectively with Business Development teams
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations through video and phone calls, over email, LinkedIn and other prospecting approaches
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas whilst driving pipeline growth for the New Business Development Team
  • Ensure all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM
  • Report to the SDR Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
