Summary

Join MobieTrain, a dynamic, fast-growing HR tech scale-up, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Belgium! Contribute significantly to the company's growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls, and exceeding monthly targets. You'll receive comprehensive sales training, collaborate closely with the Account Executive, and be supported by a team of specialists. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and office work. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and a structured approach. Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus but not required.

Requirements

  • Be based in Belgium and have perfect Dutch language skills (native)
  • Possess a strong drive, 'hunting spirit', and high intrinsic motivation
  • Be persistent and not afraid to make phone calls
  • Work with a structured, systematic approach
  • Be able to work independently and have a desire to grow and develop oneself
  • Have good business acumen and empathy, meaning you can recognize the business needs of a specific lead and tailor your message accordingly
  • Be a strong communicator, a good listener
  • Find working with targets challenging
  • Be a team player, sociable, and always up for some great company events!
  • Enjoy hybrid work and be comfortable occasionally visiting our headquarters in Genk and working from home

Responsibilities

  • Identify target companies and individuals
  • Analyze these companies and individuals and their potential fit with MobieTrain
  • Approach these individuals through various smart methods (e.g., email, social media, calls) with relevant content tailored to the individual and organization
  • Inform and qualify inbound/outbound leads through research and discovery calls
  • Conduct sales conversations with mid-sized accounts
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting in Hubspot (CRM system)
  • Achieve and outperform monthly targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have successful experience in B2B SaaS (1-2 years), but not a must
  • Have experience with outbound strategies and tools such as Salesloft, Apollo, Outreach, SalesNavigator, or similar, but this is also not a must
