Responsibilities

  • Run outbound prospecting into net-new accounts with a focus on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities
  • Leverage phone, digital channels, and in-person visits to unlock new conversations
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Sales leadership to map accounts, build and execute engagement strategies, and grow pipeline
  • Develop your skillset as a sales professional including discovery, qualification, and value communication
  • Become an expert on the ReMatter product and customer profiles
  • Be a core part of a team-selling atmosphere and help surface insights to continue improving our process

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree
  • Prior experience in the scrap recycling industry and/or selling software
