Sales Development Representative

Summary
Join SmarterDx's high-performing Growth team as a results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) working remotely within the US (MT or PT time zone). This pivotal role focuses on driving demand generation for SmarterDx, meeting pipeline and revenue goals, and generating new opportunities within hospitals and health systems. You will own top-of-funnel sales activities to meet monthly quotas for new meetings. This is an excellent opportunity to advance leading healthcare AI solutions within an innovative team. Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR experience in healthcare technology (healthcare revenue cycle and/or healthcare AI strongly preferred)
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesloft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to manage leads and track performance
- Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
- Coachable and responsive to feedback
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions and engage prospects effectively
Responsibilities
- Source your own SQLs and work to convert MQLs from marketing campaigns: webinars, trade shows, web traffic, etc
- Work with regional sales teams (RVPs and RSEs) to align prospects with geographic territories
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling, to identify and qualify potential leads within hospitals and health systems
- Qualify potential opportunities and handle inbound requests on the SmarterDx website
- Leverage databases (i.e., Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo), tools (i.e., Salesloft and Salesforce) and your own research (i.e., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify and engage high-value prospects, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted messaging and campaigns to engage prospects and drive interest in SmarterDx
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while collaborating on outreach strategies for new demand-generation methods
- Provide valuable insights and feedback from prospect interactions to inform marketing campaigns, product development, and sales strategies
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of SDR experience in healthcare technology (healthcare revenue cycle and/or healthcare AI strongly preferred)
