Requirements
- A top performer. 3+ years of sales or work experience as a go-getter with a strong attention to detail who stays organized to ensure timely follow-up and follow-through
- Learnerβs mindset. Highly self-directed, adaptable, and up for feedback and implementation in a fast-paced, always changing environment that has high-performance expectations while working collaboratively
- Product-obsessed. Leave management is complicated, meaning that often, our customers have gaps in their understanding. Therefore, it is essential that you can articulate our value proposition through different channels of communication such as phone calls, email, social media touches, direct mail, and video messaging
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Clear, empathetic communicator that can build rapport cross-functionally and relate to sales professionals. You are great at communicating through email, chat, and phone while displaying active listening skills to complete and maintain appropriate information in Salesforce
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Sales Leadership, and Marketing on the design and execution of creating a high-quality pipeline through inbound and outbound channels
- Work closely with Account Executives for a smooth handoff of qualified meetings
- Research ideal customer profiles that require cold outreach to identify new sales opportunities. Leverage social media and smart prospecting strategies to track activity metrics (calls, personalized emails) to gain feedback
- Leverage the best sales tech stack, which includes Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Navigator, Chili Piper, and more, to create/test scripts and custom messaging to optimize our outreach sequences and increase conversion rates
- Assist with sales strategies, campaigns, events, partnership channels, and marketing initiatives
