Summary

Join Super Dispatch's growing sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)! This fully remote role offers significant growth potential within a fast-growing SaaS company. As an SDR, you will generate qualified leads, understand prospect needs, and schedule demos. You'll utilize various outbound prospecting channels, including cold calling and email campaigns. Success hinges on consistently achieving key performance metrics and collaborating with the Account Executive team. This position requires B2B SaaS sales experience and Salesforce CRM familiarity. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Requirements

  • 1+ year B2B SaaS sales experience
  • CRM (Salesforce) experience

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales opportunities by outbound prospecting through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, social media engagement, etc
  • Conduct discovery calls and ask relevant questions to understand a prospect's business needs, challenges, and pain points in order to qualify potential customers
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition of Super Dispatch products, highlighting key features and benefits that address their pain points and solve business challenges
  • Qualify leads and set up appointments or product demo’s for the Account Executive team
  • Identify key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers within target organizations
  • Build a maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads by consistently following up with prospects, nurturing relationships, and proactively identifying opportunities for further engagement
  • Collaborate closely with the Account Executive team to hand off qualified leads and provide valuable insights from prospect interactions to facilitate a smooth transition throughout the sales process
  • Consistently achieve goals tied to key performance metrics including outbound activity, appointments set, and new pipeline deals
  • Continuously document and update all prospect information, interactions, and sales activities in Salesforce
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date on product improvements, new product features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to effectively position our solutions and refine prospecting strategies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Zoominfo and Salesloft experience
  • Logistics/transportation/automotive industry experience
