Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in an outbound SDR, sales, or business development role, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding meeting-setting or pipeline-building targets
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle high-volume activity
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft), CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and lead research platforms
  • A results-driven attitude with a focus on hitting KPIs and achieving goals

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers
  • Make at least 50 calls daily, engaging with prospects to understand their needs and identify fit
  • Develop and refine messaging to effectively communicate Sully.ai's value proposition
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads
  • Research and identify target accounts in the healthcare industry, focusing on Mid-Market and Enterprise opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless prospect-to-client transition
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams on trends and insights gathered during outreach

Preferred Qualifications

Understanding healthcare workflows or AI technologies is a plus but not required
