Requirements

  • Be a curious and highly motivated self-starter who is comfortable and thrives working in a remote environment and taking the initiative
  • Have experience in owning and developing the outbound sales process and improving performance through experimentation and data
  • Have prior experience of 18-24 months as an SDR/BDR and understands the grit, determination and resilience the role requires
  • Be able to operate with minimal supervision in a high-paced environment
  • Embody our values of being β€˜Bold, Fast, and Amazing’ and be passionate about executing the art and science of selling and understanding how people buy software products in the 21st century

Responsibilities

  • Research & analyze prospective target accounts, identifying high-potential prospects that would be a good fit to work with Virti
  • Plan, build and execute outbound prospecting campaigns through calls, emails and social media to generate a healthy pipeline of enterprise organisations
  • Collaborate with Marketing to influence go-to-market and account-based marketing strategies
  • Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential
  • Maintain great Hubspot hygiene, keeping Contacts and Company records up to date, testing and executing sequences, and where possible using AI and automation to streamline the prospecting process
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams at Virti to improve how we win, onboard and support our customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have prior experience in the Learning Technology, EdTech or Immersive industries
  • Have experience using Hubspot with a focus on detail
  • Be a lifelong learner, someone who seeks out feedback, is highly-coachable and autonomously improves their own performance through research and experimentation
