Summary

Requirements

- Full fluency in English
- Be open to supporting Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours. The typical working hours for this role will be from 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Flexibility may be required to accommodate business needs and team collaboration
Responsibilities
- Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries
- Understand our buyer personas and the needs/βpainsβ of your market
- Conduct research on the prospect and their organization and leverage thoughtful personalization in your outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Persuade prospects to have a call or take a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive
- Qualify prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
- Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce
- Work closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs Degree from an accredited university
- 1+ yearsβ experience in Sales Development or a similar role in a B2B business
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong work ethic and a βCan Doβ attitude
