Requirements

  • Eagerness to learn and excel in Sales
  • Full fluency in English
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 1+ years’ experience in Sales Development or a similar role in a B2B business
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Demonstrated success in reaching monthly and quarterly targets
  • Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong work ethic and a ‘Can Do’ attitude

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing efforts by following up on inbound leads and inquiries
  • Understand our buyer personas and the needs/“pains” of your market
  • Conduct research on the prospect and their organization and leverage thoughtful personalization in your outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn
  • Persuade prospects to have a call or take a meeting with a Wrike Account Executive
  • Qualify prospects to help improve conversion rates from Discovery Call to Opportunity
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Account Executives for further development and closure
  • Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Groove, and Salesforce
  • Work closely with other SDRs, Senior Sales Executives, and Marketing to improve and perfect our messaging
