Requirements

  • 2-3 years in sales management role with a proven track record of surpassing sales quotas and developing talent
  • Excellent understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, and the media buying process of agencies and brands
  • Exceptional presentation and client relation skills, capable of serving as the first point of escalation in client discussions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage remote-first teams across various locations and timezones

Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and mentor a dynamic team of Growth Account Executives, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge, and motivation to succeed
  • Work closely with senior management (VP Sales and Director of Sales, Growth) to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, focusing on high-potential accounts and across key industries
  • Conduct regular 1:1 meetings to coach, mentor, and upscale your team, leveraging tools like salesloft, gong, and salesforce for performance insights
  • Act as a player-coach by directly engaging in client meetings and pitches, supporting AEs in closing new business and building a scalable pipeline to drive further growth
  • Partner with Product and marketing teams to build and evolve Go-to-market strategies that engage, activate and grow accounts across eCommerce, Retail and CPG
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance processes and feedback loops, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the business

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in eCommerce, Retail and CPG
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and operations tools (e.g., salesloft, gong, salesforce)
  • StackAdapt platform experience
