Summary
Join Fundraise Up as their Sales Enablement Manager and play a pivotal role in equipping Account Executives with the training, coaching, and development they need to succeed. You will own role-specific onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to excel. This role requires a deep understanding of sales motions, strong coaching and facilitation skills, and the ability to design scalable programs. You will partner with various teams to align sales enablement initiatives with Fundraise Upβs mission and OKRs. The position offers a competitive salary ($110,000 - $130,000 base, $130,000 - $150,000 OTE), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role is remote in the USA.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Enablement with a focus on coaching and facilitation for Account Executives
- Proven expertise in applying sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and Consultative Selling
- Proven ability to manage complex enablement projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and align stakeholders across all levels
- Experience using sales enablement tools such as Gong and Instructure (Canvas)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programmatic enablement initiatives, including onboarding, ramping, and ongoing education programs
- Create high-impact enablement content for live training, workshops, certifications, playbooks, and microlearning (within LMS) to support rep development
- Deliver training sessions and coaching to strengthen rep sales behaviors and enhance product knowledge
- Conduct call reviews, deal reviews, and role-play exercises to reinforce best practices and drive behavior change
- Maintain a structured cadence for analyzing sales performance data with RevOps and stakeholders to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and present a strong, data-backed POV for enablement initiatives
- Manage enablement programs efficiently, ensuring timely execution and alignment with GTM objectives
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, Product, Sales, and other GTM teams to align enablement initiatives with broader business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or nonprofit technology environments
- Certification in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or Consultative Selling)
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale enablement programs for global and remote first sales teams
- Background in direct sales (AE, BDR, or Sales Leadership) with a track record of success
