Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or sales operations focused on solution selling, ideally in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Understands the requirements and nuance of selling a solution versus a product
- Proven ability to develop training programs, manage sales content, and drive cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Seismic
- Strong communication, project management, and prioritization skills, with a strategic mindset
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making
- Candidates must be able to work full-time during standard Eastern Time Zone (ET) business hours
Responsibilities
- Work with the Instructional Design team to create a structured onboarding program for new sales hires, including resources, training modules, and testing
- Regularly update and expand content based on feedback and industry best practices
- Maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, ensuring resources such as case studies, templates, and presentations are accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with current messaging
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to create new content and resources as necessary
- Track key metrics and performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales enablement efforts and identify improvement areas in cooperation with Sales Operations
- Collaborate with sales leaders to enhance sales processes and implement tools that streamline workflows, drive productivity, enable sales strategies and align with the customer journey
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop content around new product launches, customer success stories, and competitive insights
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Sales Operations to identify opportunities that will improve productivity throughout the sales process
- Act as liaison between Marketing and Sales
- Oversee the implementation, and usage of CRM and other sales tools
- Provide training and support to ensure full adoption and efficient use by the sales team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in supply chain or last mile is a plus
