Requirements

  • At least 5 years of direct experience in sales enablement, sales operations, and/or sales training
  • Experience in training and developing adult learners, including the ability to create and deliver engaging and effective training programs tailored to diverse learning styles
  • Proficiency in instructional design, with experience developing educational content and materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and sales training curricula
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms (e.g Allego), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and sales automation tools
  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time to Annual Kickoff, Sales onsite training, and other MCG-sponsored events is required
  • Excellent presentation skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders, including sales, marketing, and product development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and ideas to various levels of stakeholders while fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in mentoring or coaching sales professionals to enhance their skills and performance

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales materials, including presentations, product guides, case studies, sales scripts, and other resources
  • Create, curate, and manage sales content such as presentations, product information, case studies, and sales playbooks
  • Ensure that all content is current, accurate, and easily accessible to the sales team, and regularly update materials to reflect changes in products, services, and market conditions
  • Monitor the usage and effectiveness of sales content and adjust as needed
  • Establish and oversee the development of a Sales University by creating a structured program that offers comprehensive training and development for the sales team, including soft skills training, product knowledge, tool knowledge, process knowledge, cultural competencies, and other on-demand, self-service courses/programs
  • Develop and deliver sales training programs that enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge by utilizing various training methods, including workshops, e-learning, and one-on-one coaching
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of sales tools and technologies that enhance productivity and support the sales process
  • Continuously assess and optimize the sales process to identify inefficiencies or gaps. Implement strategies and tools that improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales team
  • Manage sales tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, ensuring the sales team effectively utilizes them and troubleshooting any issues
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Product team to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new sales hires, including leading the new hire academy kickoff call, participating in 30-, 60-, and 90-day check-ins, providing progress updates, scheduling signoff calls, and ensuring the completion of the new hire academy in Allego
  • Manage the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring a smooth organizational transition
  • Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding and training programs to meet the evolving needs of the sales team
  • Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other parts of the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Regularly communicate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of enablement activities with organizational goals. Provide updates on progress, challenges, and areas for improvement
  • Oversee and manage all internal communications for the sales department, including creating, updating, and distributing newsletters, announcements, and other relevant communications
  • Ensure that all messaging is clear, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals, and keep the sales team informed about important updates, new resources, and ongoing initiatives
  • Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of important information, such as product updates, sales strategies, and market insights
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Sales team

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare and/or healthcare software systems preferred
