Summary

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in roles such as sales enablement, client management, and/or sales-related required within the healthcare / health tech in a startup environment
  • Sales process expertise alignment with methodologies in the space of pipeline management and performance metrics
  • Sales training and development skills such as the ability to coach sellers 1:1 and develop onboarding programs
  • Content creation and management in developing sales playbooks and content strategy
  • Project management, project planning, and ability to shift with competing priorities
  • Must have a client-obsessed lens in all that is being done - understanding customer needs, personas, and have the mentality of always clearly the path for the sales team
  • Emotional intelligence and influence - must be able to empathize with all team members, influence
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, Gsuite, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Doc

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize enablement strategies to empower the sales team with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to sell effectively
  • Develop sales training and onboarding plan
  • Manage and optimize sales tools to assist in sales performance and processes
  • Collaborate with other teams to optimize sales operations and track KPI
  • Develop sales playbooks and best practices
  • Lead cross-functional collaborative initiatives with product, marketing, and customer success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, Gsuite, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Doc
