Summary
Join Redox as a Sr. Sales Enablement Manager and play a crucial role in achieving sales goals by empowering the sales team. Develop and implement enablement strategies, manage sales tools, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will lead product and market training, develop sales playbooks, and improve the prospect experience. This role requires 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, client management, or sales within healthcare/health tech in a startup environment. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in roles such as sales enablement, client management, and/or sales-related required within the healthcare / health tech in a startup environment
- Sales process expertise alignment with methodologies in the space of pipeline management and performance metrics
- Sales training and development skills such as the ability to coach sellers 1:1 and develop onboarding programs
- Content creation and management in developing sales playbooks and content strategy
- Project management, project planning, and ability to shift with competing priorities
- Must have a client-obsessed lens in all that is being done - understanding customer needs, personas, and have the mentality of always clearly the path for the sales team
- Emotional intelligence and influence - must be able to empathize with all team members, influence
- Experience with Salesforce and/or other CRM tools, Gsuite, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, Clay, Doc
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize enablement strategies to empower the sales team with the knowledge, resources, and tools they need to sell effectively
- Develop sales training and onboarding plan
- Manage and optimize sales tools to assist in sales performance and processes
- Collaborate with other teams to optimize sales operations and track KPI
- Develop sales playbooks and best practices
- Lead cross-functional collaborative initiatives with product, marketing, and customer success
