Summary
The Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive sales enablement strategy, managing an LMS, creating onboarding programs, crafting sales playbooks, supporting sales pitches, facilitating role plays, and serving as a thought leader. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, with at least 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS or technology company
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful sales enablement programs
- Strong proficiency in LMS platforms and e-learning tools
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act operationally
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Continuously assess and refine enablement programs to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the sales team
- Design and manage a state-of-the-art LMS to provide ongoing education and development for the sales team
- Create and curate engaging and relevant training content, including videos, courses, and assessments
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
- Develop and lead a structured onboarding program for new sales hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the company
- Provide continuous training and professional development opportunities for the sales team
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and other training activities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales playbooks that outline best practices, sales processes, and effective strategies
- Develop and provide tools, templates, and resources that support the sales team in their daily activities
- Ensure all sales materials are up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company messaging and goals
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations
- Conduct role-playing sessions and mock sales calls to prepare the sales team for real-market scenarios
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the legal technology industry is a plus
