Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role
- Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs for sales teams
- Strong content development skills, with experience creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral
- Experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot Enterprise) to facilitate best use amongst the sales team
- Manage the customer intelligence analyst team, supporting and participating in continuous collection of market data, industry lists and trends, and other pertinent information to support the sales process
- Design and deliver training programs that equip the sales team with new tools, industry trends, and performance-enhancing strategies
- Specify, manage, and update sales materials such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and other sales content
- Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps in knowledge or performance and track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
- Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and integrated into the team, setting them up for success
