Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs for sales teams
  • Strong content development skills, with experience creating sales presentations, case studies, and marketing collateral
  • Experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update our CRM (Hubspot Enterprise) to facilitate best use amongst the sales team
  • Manage the customer intelligence analyst team, supporting and participating in continuous collection of market data, industry lists and trends, and other pertinent information to support the sales process
  • Design and deliver training programs that equip the sales team with new tools, industry trends, and performance-enhancing strategies
  • Specify, manage, and update sales materials such as presentations, case studies, white papers, and other sales content
  • Select, implement, and manage sales enablement tools and platforms to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify gaps in knowledge or performance and track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
  • Lead the onboarding process for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-prepared and integrated into the team, setting them up for success
