Sales Enablement Program Manager

Summary

Join Bloomerang's Business Development Team as a Sales Enablement Program Manager! You will play a vital role in developing Account Executives and Account Managers at all levels. This fully remote position requires 3-5 years of Sales Enablement experience and a proven track record of developing sales talent. You will assist in onboarding, support skill development, and collaborate with sales leadership on strategy. Requirements

• 3-5 years of prior work experience in Sales Enablement
• Former quota carrying seller or sales manager
• Excellent ability to design and deliver content
• Track record of developing sales talent
• Onboarding experience

Responsibilities

• Assist in Onboarding new sellers
• Support Sellers in skill development
• Using solid Change Management principles, support changes to the sales organizations as we grow and scale
• Work closely with Sales leadership to collaborate developing solutions and strategy with the sales teams
• Coach and develop sales reps and sales leaders
• Support New Business and Upsells by encompassing our One Giving Platform by supporting the sale of the suite of products and services
• Help Sales Teams reach increased sales goals
• Ensure Sales process is instituted and followed
• Increase sellers skills and confidence in the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales Methodology experience
• Sales Coaching experience

• The salary range for this position is a total OTE of $88,000 - $132,000
• This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position
