Sales Enablement Specialist in Worldwide

Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing sales enablement programs within the SaaS industry
• Experience with sales tools and technologies (e.g. Salesforce, Hubspot, Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
• Passion for coaching and refining skills in others
• Strong sense of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to distill complicated subjects into easily digested information
• Ability to work in a collaborative, high-growth startup environment and comfortable with varying levels of ambiguity
• Demonstrated ability to work across teams by understanding requirements, desired outcomes, and limitations to drive meaningful and measurable results

Responsibilities

• Facilitate new hire and ongoing training sessions for Sales Development Representatives
• Develop and lead onboarding training sessions and ongoing programs, including sales skills, product, and tech stack training
• Create and maintain engaging and interactive training materials
• Lead meetings and motivate others
• Partner with go-to-market leaders to identify performance gaps on the sales team and design processes and content to improve results
• Monitor the performance and progress of both new hires and tenured sales reps, providing resources, guidance, feedback, and additional support as needed
