Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with expertise in FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product management, or financial platforms
  • Experience working at SaaS companies in roles such as deployments, product, or engineering, interested in transitioning to sales
  • Strong knowledge of modern software architecture and financial concepts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, processes, and deliverables simultaneously
  • Skilled at handling complex projects and fostering relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed (approximately 25% for in-office roles, 35% for remote roles)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor during the due diligence, guiding prospects on how Addepar’s platform aligns with their business needs and ensuring a strong mutual fit
  • Support senior sales engineers and sales executives throughout the sales process with in-depth expertise in Addepar’s product, data platform, and implementation approach
  • Assist with the preparation and completion of RFPs and RFIs
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support technical discussions and ensure seamless communication during prospect calls and meetings
  • Communicate Addepar's unique benefits by showcasing a thorough understanding of our platform, client workflows, and the financial sector
  • Lead "Proof of Concept" initiatives: understand client requirements, load data, and create tailored demo environments to illustrate the potential of Addepar’s solutions
  • Design customised solutions to address client needs, ensuring that future implementation projects are planned and de-risked effectively
  • Collaborate on drafting Statements of Work (SOW) and budget estimates and liaising with key teams, including Professional Services, Data, Implementation, Support, Finance, and Legal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with database concepts, cloud infrastructure, security, SQL, Python, and APIs is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering is a plus)
