Summary

The job is for a Sales Executive in Lightci's Staffing arm, focusing on direct hire and staff augmentation. The role involves driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, delivering tailored staffing solutions, and achieving gross profit goals. Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in staffing sales, with a strong track record in direct hire and staff augmentation services
  • Deep understanding of staffing services, recruitment processes, and industry trends
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to close deals and achieve targets
  • Vast experience selling staffing services in the software space (engineering, product, design, AI/ML, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business objectives
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships and sales activities

Responsibilities

  • Build a sales plan, leveraging existing relationships, targeted account planning, prospecting efforts, and marketing initiatives (cold outbound)
  • Maintain pipeline progress and opportunity progression via HubSpot CRM
  • Drive contract negotiations with clients, leveraging internal legal and business partners as appropriate
  • Deliver updates during internal meetings, weekly 1:1s, and company-wide town halls
  • Participate in, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Drive significant impact on our gross profit goals in 2024 (and beyond)
  • Travel from time to time

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience at a start-up
  • Expert-level skills using HubSpot
