Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (undergraduates are welcome)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Knowledge in the insurance industry is a major advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments to target for business development opportunities
  • Generate leads through cold emails, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and other outreach efforts
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Use Salesforce as company CRM, ensure data accuracy for reporting analytics
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity and revenue forecasts
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities

Preferred Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) is a plus
