Summary

VND is seeking a remote sales agent to join their hybrid team. The role involves prospecting, research, communication, strategy, sales, relationship management, and industry awareness. The position requires at least 3 years in tech sales with some college experience, proficient English, full-time commitment, and preference for candidates based in the Americas or the Caribbean. Requirements

• Your Role: Prospecting, Research & Analysis, Value Communication, Strategy & Collaboration, Sales & Satisfaction, Relationship Management, Industry Awareness
• A minimum of 3 years in tech sales with a proven track record
• At least some college experience. (A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.)
• Proficient English, preferably based in the Americas or the Caribbean. Bonus points for San Antonio, TX residents
• Full-time commitment: M-F, 8am-5pm CST. And yes, you have the flexibility to work remotely

Responsibilities

• Start with energy: Breakfast? Fitness? All about balance!
• Prospect & find those gold leads: cold calls, emails, networking - you name it
• Educate before the pitch. It's not about selling; it's about empowering
• Team up with marketing for fire sales strategies
• Dive deep into research – knowing the market is their superpower
• Negotiate, seal deals, and ensure every client feels like a VIP
• Wrap it up by keeping our CRM in-the-loop with the daily wins
