Summary
Join Doctor Eleks, a medical information system company, as a Sales Manager in Ukraine. You will work to improve healthcare quality by automating and optimizing complex operational processes and clinical data management methods. The main goal is to enhance the quality and value of medical services. This role requires experience in sales management, preferably within the IT or medical fields, and strong communication skills. You will develop sales strategies, engage potential clients, and provide feedback to marketing and product teams. Requirements
- Higher education in marketing, business, economics, or related fields
- 1+ year of experience as a Sales Manager
- Understanding of software development methodologies
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of demonstrating, promoting, and selling products or services, including marketing strategies, product demonstrations, sales techniques, and sales control systems
- Understanding of the principles of providing client and personal services, assessing client needs, ensuring service quality standards, and assessing client satisfaction
- Understanding of business and management principles, strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership
- Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to interpret sales results and analyze market trends
- Experience in developing sales strategies
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Creativity, initiative, customer orientation, analytical thinking, attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work with targeted client profiles and lists to analyze their business needs, budget, time constraints, and decision-making levels
- Develop strategies to reach each specific client, including approaches, communication methods, support, etc., according to the company's specific offers
- Engage potential clients and promptly respond to incoming inquiries, including phone calls, social media, emails, and online meetings
- Provide client feedback (individual and aggregated) to marketing and product teams to adjust commercial offers
- Process RFI (Request For Information) requests
- Track all activities in CRM, analyze, and present results
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the IT field will be a plus
- Prior medical experience or education will be a plus
- English level- Beginner or higher
- Prior experience with Microsoft CRM will be a plus
