Requirements

• Industry Experience: Two to five years extensive sales experience, with deep understanding of the material handling industry and a proven track record in market development
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience in team management and the ability to inspire and drive diverse teams towards common goals
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to effectively engage and influence client decision-makers at all levels
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multicultural team
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed and adapt to flexible working hours

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Teams: Inspire and motivate sales teams to meet and exceed performance targets and objectives
• Effective Communication: Liaise with various departments at headquarters to ensure alignment in goals, strategies, and operational processes
• Business Expansion: Spearhead initiatives to drive market development and client acquisition across North America, identifying growth opportunities and executing strategic sales plans
