Summary

The job is for a permanent, full-time Business Development Representative in the Renewable Energy industry, working from home. The role involves generating potential clients, managing existing accounts, and developing sales strategies in the Luzon area of the Philippines.

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years & work experience in the sales or technical sales position with proven sales record
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service, and communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Willing to travel extensively within the responsible region, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be highly independent

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all activities and projects with customers
  • Analyze and develop customer base, including segmentation and identifying potential needs
  • Develop and implement renewable project sales strategy and account plan
  • Develop new projects and maintain strong relationships with key influencers
  • Identify market segments for sales opportunity and marketing to generate demand
  • Coordinate assigned project sales activities and implement all project-related activities
  • Responsible for customer and end-user relations/ Relationship management
  • Design customer-specific solutions and offers
  • Sales Negotiation and Selling. Reach at least set turnover targets
  • Ensure that the customer's need for solutions, quotations and products are met promptly

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably from Luzon
  • A proven sales/ marketing/ business development record in Cable or Renewable energy industry is preferred
  • Experience in project sales management is an advantage
