Requirements

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Self-driven, strategic thinker with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving industry
  • Deep knowledge of the wider crypto ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry strategy for the new territory
  • Identify, target, and acquire institutional investors and funds, building a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the investment community
  • Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring alignment with client needs and company objectives
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to meet market demand and client expectations
  • Provide regular reports on progress, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve business goals
  • Gather and analyze market data, including competitor activities and client feedback, to inform strategic decisions and product development
