Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (IT products)
• Fluent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1-C2)
• Experience contributing to the continuous improvement of sales processes
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to be a self-motivated, proactive team player
• Desire to grow and scale the company

Responsibilities

• Launch and implement sales strategies from scratch
• Develop business expansion plans for the UAE market
• Collaborate with the product team to refine and evolve EMR offerings
• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities and potential clients
• Conduct discovery calls with potential clients and convert them
• Manage commercial proposals and develop business opportunities
• Control the budget and adjust expenses to get the best ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in managing a team
• Experience in sales in the Middle East and UAE markets
• A background in Dentistry or Medicine
• Good sense of humor 🙂
