Requirements

  • Be a problem-solver, use effective communication, and be able to handle objections
  • Be a persistent and enduring personality who achieves their goals even with complex legal and regulatory issues
  • Possess assertiveness, strategic thinking, and planning skills
  • Demonstrate sales success, pronounced process orientation, and experience with systematic CRM
  • Be proficient in German (native speaker level) and have at least good English skills
  • Be willing to travel within Germany for on-site pitches

Responsibilities

  • Develop your own regional approach to new business, considering the sales strategy, and be able to justify it
  • Implement customer-specific, intelligent sales strategies and independently utilize generated leads
  • Expand our customer base and build a strong regional presence in your market
  • Acquire new customers and accompany the sales processes until the sale is closed
  • Participate in trade fairs and marketing campaigns
  • Participate in tenders with the team and represent Recare in bidder presentations
  • Conduct upselling and contract renewals
  • Advise our customers on technical and commercial matters
  • Conduct contract negotiations at the C-level
  • Assume responsibility for project tracking in your region
  • Implement existing sales concepts
  • Independently organize and document information in existing knowledge databases and CRM tools
