Join Encora's team in Brazil as a part-time, work-from-home professional. You will provide support to the Executive Team, focusing on data analysis, report generation, presentations, and maintaining CRM and project management tools. Responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite, updating CRM and project management tools, documenting team processes, and assisting with financial analysis and sales presentations. The ideal candidate is currently studying or recently completed a degree in a relevant field and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools, as well as a background in software development, are highly desirable.
Requirements
- Currently studying or recently completed an Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Like to do analysis and solve problems
Responsibilities
- Prepare reports (Excel and Word), presentations (PowerPoint), and other documents (emails, charts, diagrams, etc.) as requested by the executive team
- Help to keep the CRM and project management tools up to date
- Participate in internal and external meetings and publish meeting notes and action items
- Document practices, methodologies and processes relevant to the Technology Team
- Assist the Technology team on the creation of financial analysis, proposals, and sales presentations
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools
- Background in software development processes, ideally with experience in one or more programming languages
