Summary
Join Spring Health, a leading mental healthcare provider, as a Sales Ops Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will be responsible for opportunity/pipeline hygiene, data analysis, reporting, Salesforce support, and sales process improvements. You will create and deliver reports and dashboards, identify areas for improvement, and serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 2-3 years of experience in business or sales operations, and advanced Excel skills. Spring Health offers a competitive total rewards package including a target base salary of $105,000-125,800, stock options, and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance or similar field preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in business or sales operations
- Understanding of Sales processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- Advanced Sheets/Excel skills (data filters, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Data connections)
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership
- Invest in identifying areas of improvement and managing/delivering ad-hoc projects pertaining to sales strategy/ops. and related areas to drive value
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce providing guidance and support to the sales team and collaborating with Salesforce Administrators to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements
- Support the Sales teams (including Payer GTM, Channel Partnership, & Strategic Alliances, etc.) by standardizing business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business reviews
- Performs other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of progressive experience working in the SFDC CRM platform with hands-on experience in creating standard reports & dashboards AND , CRM-A dashboards is a plus
