Requirements
- Extensive Hubspot CRM experience in system administration, workflow automation, and data management
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales processes and pipeline management
- Strong understanding of sales metrics and operational analytics
- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable processes
- Experience with sales technology stack administration
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
- Experience driving process adoption across diverse teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end Hubspot administration, including system configuration, integrations, workflows, and data quality standards
- Conduct regular system audits and implement cleanup initiatives
- Identify & implement opportunities for improved automation in sales processes (e.g. lead routing)
- Create and maintain real-time dashboards for pipeline and performance reporting
- Act as central coordinator between business lines for sales initiatives, including handoff between Marketing and Sales
- Develop a comprehensive Hubspot training program and documentation
- Standardize onboarding processes for sales tools
- Manage Apollo system administration and usage
- Coordinate pitch material organization and updates with Marketing
- Triage & support prioritization of cross-functional sales <> marketing requests in partnership with Marketing
