Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations or operational support roles, preferably within a sales environment
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) and design tools (e.g., Canva) to create professional sales materials
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and support
• Familiarity with the Brazilian market and cultural nuances
