Requirements
- 7+ years of prior experience, including 4+ years in Strategy / Business Operations within a high growth company, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Private Equity, or Venture Capital
- Highly data-driven and analytical. Thrive on bringing actionability, rigor and scale to internal processes and business reporting
- Understand drivers of business and sales performance, can diagnose common business challenges, propose domain-relevant solutions, and can draw on your knowledge of industry best practices
- Strategic problem solver who can simplify complex problems and recommend relevant and actionable solutions
- Proven track record of execution. Hold yourself and others accountable for delivering against commitments and driving results
- Excellent communicator in all forms (verbal, visual and written) who can facilitate key discussions and drive leadership and cross-functional alignment
- Willing to βroll up your sleevesβ to drive projects and impact directly
Responsibilities
- Build a center of excellence (COE) around metrics and KPI reporting, and delivery of actionable insights for the Sales and Post-Sales organizations
- Drive in-depth business performance analysis and narrative development for Executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Drive forecast management excellence to ensure sustained, predictable growth
- Facilitate inspection of pipe generation efforts at every level of the Sales organization by delivering clear targets and instrumentation, and ensuring an effective leadership operating rhythm
- Orchestrate many aspects of annual Go-To-Market planning
- Support the business and executive team on ad-hoc strategic questions and initiatives
- Lead a team of two individual contributors
