Requirements

- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams
- Ability to travel nationally on a regular basis
Responsibilities
- Be the best in the company at understanding our product and demonstrating its capabilities
- Conduct demos for all non-physician or surgeon executive meetings
- Lead demos at events, tradeshows, and webinars
- Step in for complex demos of advanced feature functionality, particularly those in QA
- Stay up to date with all new feature releases and collaborate with product teams to understand and demonstrate these features effectively
- Work with marketing to highlight our product differentiation and package customer success stories
- Manage the creation of sales support materials focused on product differentiation
- Own the project management, response draft, and coordination of RFPs, with assistance from the Director of Business Operations for partnership and financial components
- Set up digital sales rooms and collateral to support deals
- Travel nationally to support interactions, averaging 2 days per week
- Support AVPs in executive meetings by capturing notes, setting strategy, and executing communication post-meeting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with hospital operations
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications
- Previous experience in a sales enablement or demo specialist role
- Technical expertise in software demonstrations
- Proven track record of successfully managing RFPs and creating sales support materials
