Sales Specialist

Summary

The job is a permanent, full-time Construction Machinery Sales position with a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. The location can be remote within the USA, specifically Houston, TX, Northwest, or Southeast USA.

Requirements

• Relevant sales experienced within local market spanning construction machinery equipment rental or leasing such includes heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining etc
• Have the sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Familiar with local market, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining etc
• Diploma and bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, Engineer major mechanical, electrical, international business, English or other relate field
• Have skills for coordinate with leasing
• Driving License: Driving license required

Responsibilities

• Visit end customers and companies
• Establish, maintain and update customer files in database system
• Responsible for public relationship development
• Build and keep reliable relationships with clients
• Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders
• Collect project information and promote sales
• Analyze competitor information
• Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets
• Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met
• Support financing and collection work
