Summary

Join Charlie Health as a Salesforce Administrator and contribute to our mission of connecting the world to life-saving mental health treatment. You will support the design of our Salesforce architecture and strategy, build new features, and support our rapidly growing user base. This role involves assisting all teams with their Salesforce needs, ensuring system integrity and efficiency, developing reports, and creating processes and documentation. • Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Passion for healthcare services
• Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
• Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
• Meticulous attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains
• Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules
• Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
• Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., DocuSign)
• Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, faster
• Document all the incredible customization you have built

Preferred Qualifications

• Triggers/Apex code knowledge a plus
• Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
