Join our Business Solutions team as a Salesforce Administrator and contribute to delivering value to our clients by managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform. You will be involved in continuous improvement projects within an Agile/Scrum environment, automating processes using Salesforce Flow, managing Salesforce objects and structures, and documenting your work for support, self-service, and training.

  • Experience Cloud
  • CPQ
  • Salesforce Flow
  • GearSet
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
  • 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum)
  • Good communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
  • High level of English

Responsibilities

  • Administer and improve the Salesforce platform
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Automate processes using Salesforce Flow
  • Manage objects and structures in Salesforce
  • Document work appropriately for support, self-service, and training

Preferred Qualifications

  • Practical experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud (partner portals)
  • Experience with CPQ
  • Background in SaaS companies is highly valued
