Summary
The job is for a Sales Development Manager at Tremendous, a profitable and growing remote company offering bulk payout services. The role involves managing a team of SDRs, setting goals, facilitating skill development, learning the technology, and effectively communicating the value proposition.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role, leading a team of SDRs
- 4+ years of experience in a Sales org
- Prior experience in a quota-based Sales role as an SDR and AE
- Proven track record of hiring and managing top talent
- Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools and practices, e.g Outreach, Hubspot, Gong, etc
Responsibilities
- Lead, hire, and onboard a team of Sales Development Representatives
- Coach SDRs on time management for outbound deal generation and inbound leads
- Explore creative ways of prospecting, manage campaigns, and attend conferences that contribute to expanding the Tremendous brand
