Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar management role, leading a team of SDRs
  • 4+ years of experience in a Sales org
  • Prior experience in a quota-based Sales role as an SDR and AE
  • Proven track record of hiring and managing top talent
  • Experience with sales prospecting and CRM tools and practices, e.g Outreach, Hubspot, Gong, etc

Responsibilities

  • Lead, hire, and onboard a team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Coach SDRs on time management for outbound deal generation and inbound leads
  • Explore creative ways of prospecting, manage campaigns, and attend conferences that contribute to expanding the Tremendous brand
