Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience with proven revenue sales / growth within a large scale B2B Fintech/SaaS environment, preferably with Crypto/Blockchain sales experience
  • Strong track record of sales for Fintech, SaaS, or other complex systems ($250K-1MM+)
  • Manage and maintain a reliable pipeline and lead funnel process
  • Participate in strategy of new product ideas and estimating reliable revenue impact
  • Energized and engaged about opportunities to sell
  • Proven ability to execute on a revenue growth strategy
  • Fintech/SaaS technology sales background
  • Strong understanding of Tech, ability to interact with C-Suite of prospects(i.e. CEO & CTO) when necessary
  • Exceptional Communication and conceptual thinking skills
  • Passionate about the Crypto and Blockchain space

Responsibilities

  • Work within the Sales team to achieve quarterly revenue targets and other commercial objectives
  • Partner with other sales team members to deliver the strategic and tactical plan for revenue growth
  • Ongoing track and evaluate all data points and always test new initiatives to learn what moves the needle
  • Be hands on, work on, and win, your own key opportunities and personally assist individual team members to win theirs
  • Work with what you have, or find work-arounds, to get the job done independently of tools, systems, processes or other resources in the being available or not
