Summary
Join Clever's Application Partnerships team as a Senior Account Executive and contribute to connecting every student worldwide to a world of learning. Reporting to the Director of Application Success & Sales, you will be responsible for selling Clever solutions to new enterprise applications and expanding the Clever network. This role involves negotiating and closing significant deals, building relationships with prospects, and collaborating with various teams. Success requires at least 5 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, a proven track record of meeting sales goals, and familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, and LeadIQ. The ideal candidate will be passionate about K-12 education and comfortable working remotely. Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, closing deals
- You’ve closed 6-figure deals with 6+ month sales cycles
- A track record meeting and exceeding sales goals
- An openness to listen, ask questions and embrace solution-oriented selling
- Confidence in your ability and your approach to get meetings and drive conversations forward
- Comfortable working in a remote environment
- The ability to travel as needed (1-2x per quarter)
- Have a desire to work in a diverse and highly collaborative team environment
- Passionate about making a positive impact in K-12 education
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft and LeadIQ

Responsibilities
- Negotiate and close 5-6 figure Secure Sync deals in the enterprise sector with major K-12 application developers
- Prospect and prioritize your pipeline by listening to needs and identifying fit
- Build relationships to promote the value of Clever’s technology to prospects
- Align to senior executives at our enterprise customers to elevate Clever as a strategic partner
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create reliable forecasts
- Develop outbound campaigns and calls in collaboration with Marketing and SDR
- Collaborate with Clever’s Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to continuously improve Clever’s offerings for application partners
- Maintain an accurate pipeline and sales forecast in SFDC
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree or evidence of continuous professional development
- Experience with K-12 education in the United States
- Experience carrying a revenue target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results
